This website is operated by the owners of Chillax Creek, a short-term vacation rental located in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia, USA. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the property owners. References to “you” or “guest” refer to the visitor or booking party.

2. Bookings & payment

Bookings are processed through our integrated booking provider (OwnerRez). Pricing, taxes, and cleaning fees are displayed before checkout. Payment is collected at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and authorized to make the reservation.

3. Cancellations & refunds

The current cancellation policy is shown during the booking flow before payment. Refunds are issued according to the policy attached to your specific reservation. Refunds for cancellations due to weather, force majeure, or events outside our control are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. House rules

All guests agree to follow the house rules & regulations, which form part of these terms. Failure to follow them may result in early termination of the stay without refund and additional charges for damages.

5. Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond ordinary wear and tear. We recommend reviewing your booking platform’s host protection policy and your own travel insurance for additional coverage. Use of the hot tub, fire pit, creek, and outdoor amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

6. Intellectual property

Photos, copy, and design on this site are the property of Chillax Creek or used with permission. You may share or link to pages on this site for personal use, but please do not republish photos or content without our written consent.

7. Third-party services

This site embeds tools from third parties, including OwnerRez (booking and availability), Formspree (contact form delivery), and Trustindex (review display). Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or stay at the property.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your stay will be handled in the courts of Fannin County, Georgia.
